I enjoyed the beta before the cash shop, and like so many others they blew it. Gpat closed my wallet quicker than I could have myself. I want to return but honestly I don't trust them. Investing time in an mmo takes trust that the devs wont ruin things a year down the road and that's a coin toss with these guys. I wouldn't be surprised if they pull another idiotic money grabbing stunt in 6-12 months.

I love both, but my heart is with DDO. The twitch based combat combined with the puzzles has me hooked. The changes the past year have improved the experience, a worthy investment imo.

Ships aren't giant glowing shoulder pads, they're tools. They are used as such. If an expensive ship is the needed tool then its used.

The title of this article reads like a thread title from a mmorpg.com poster. It should be deleted and in its a place a message stating "Please no trolling or flaming on Massively, thank you!".
