again to use WoW as a reference, their guild system used to (idk if it still requires) but the charter to start a guild needed i believe 10 signatures, and only one toon from your account could sign the same charter. and yet there were hundreds of guilds in that game, and hundreds of guilds in the same f2p that people call nothing but pay2wins, so i doubt and extra five people are going to be hard to find. I mean after a while people where offer gold to just sign the charter to start the guild and they were free to leave.
@Sean D u keep mentioning that these extra fees are unfair. yet MMOs like WoW for example once made you leveling to 40 then farm low level mats or find another way to make over 100 gold (which was a lot of money at that time of the game) to get your training and then to purchase you actual mount. I remember being 40 feeling so great that I could finally get my first mount then had to farm gnolls for stacks upon stacks of linen and silk cloth to get enough gold to buy my mount and training to ride it. so these "unfair" additional fees have been around, just enough people complained that it was changed in WoW to 30, the gold was sliced, only to be lowered to 20 and made dirt cheap.
this is what the 3rd time they've redone the talent system? Each time saying this would fix it and low and behold it hasn't. Instead of ghost saying such a permanent answer like this will fix it once and for all, why not say we hope this will help the problem. that way I don't have to come back here next x-pac and bitch about this again.
Rift. i'm in the horticulture field and so when my seasonal job had ended i had to leave rift as it wasn't in the budget. I start a new job monday on president's day (here in the US) so hopefully i'll be back at rift after my first pay check. I tried rift at launch and didn't like how war/wow -ish it was, then came back to Rift and feel in love. got a sweet helmet and mount from the special box buys i did online. can't just let that money and my work till 20 go in vein
uh.... whats the problem here.. collecting hardware information is fine but gathering a list on installed programs isn't? it's not like they are taking that list and handing it out to all those companies in attempts to find cracked software and yadda like that. whats so private about the items u have installed on ur computer. me sitting down in front of the computer gives me access to that same list.
