Just returned again around Christmas from a few years break, and loving the game. There are flaws, as with anything, but man I am glad I am back right now.
Tempes, I do not have a super computer (actually played 4 years ago on an even suckier rig than now) and just have standard cable internet, and have no issues with this sort of thing, even in huge groups / invasions / etc.
Eve is not "space combat" like what most people here are wanting in TOR. Hell, if EVE let me actually pilot a ship, rather than "manage" one and play around with spreadsheets, I would never have left.
I will send you ingame waypoints for both locations, both are worth checking out. BlasTon's place is a hidden treasure of shipwright and spacer goodness, and he makes some relaly great ship parts. :)
I don't think it's so much that they are "undiscovered" and much as ignored. They are very primitive, and the planet is one huge forest. Not much there, until the 2nd Death Star fell to the surface and destroyed half of it.
Chazz - Seen you around a few times on SS. Just came back from a long hiatus, and am enjoying the community. So many games these days seem like a solo game with the "massively" part added on.
Anyway, I built my own new PC this winter to play AION, which lasted for about 4 months, so coming back to SWG on a better machine, I have seen improvements and do not have many issues on Naboo.
Anyhow, where do you go to get the rewards for Empire / Remembrance Day?
Love, love, LOVE this game. Its great to see so much coming out for it. The amount that this small studio is pumping into this game vs. some of the huge companies that just don't seem to do anything once the game releases, should put them to shame.
Totally agree. The Devs and the GMs in this game are outstanding. Great support and a great amount of updates, new content and additions to the game on the way. Always keeping the players in the loop as far as what is coming and how the game is changing.
Other huge games should take note of how they are doing it. Very similar to the Devs and GMs in Tabula Rasa, which also had a great thing going.
