E308: Erling Ellingsen talks patch timeframes for Age of Conan

Did you actually play WoW at launch? I don't particularly like AoC, but WoW's launch was aboslutely horrendous, servers barfing left and right, login servers crashing, instances crashing left and right, it was an abomination. What set it apart from the WoW wannabe AoC is that with each patch WoW got better and better. Sure there were a few botched patches, but EVERY patch from AoC has been a bomb in one form or another.

T-Mobile Sidekick 3 hands-on!

Meh. I'll stick with my Unlocked HTC Wizard(much better KB than MDA). WM5, Wifi, BT, Fantastic reception NICE screen, not a tank like the SK, oh and I get about a week out of a charge, maybe 4 hours of phone, 3 hours of edge surfing, and a few hours of listening to MP3s off of the 4gig mini sd card through BT stereo headphones. SKIII looks like yet another bloated attempt at modernization.

Oh someone complained about the UI on the MDA, get lakeridge wisbar advance 2 and wisbar advance desktop and pick up a nice skin. Also pick up the eten 500 dialer screen for bigger dialpad, photo contacts is another great addon. I use the QVGA version of this http://www.sbsh.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=5537&st=0&p=56323&#entry56323

The latest firmware for the wizard has the a2dp profile so stereo BT headsets work GREAT(I already have the jabra 620s)

Summation of MDA/Wizard/8125 perks over sidecrap? Navigation(I run iGuidance with BT sirf3 GPS brick, tomtom works just as well), Wifi, A2DP, better looking screen, Outlook push for corporate mail, much more customizable, smaller, better battery life, better looking, touchscreen, better reception, movies, all sorts of games(GBA emulator ROCKS) pocket office, pocket acrobat, and many many more.

Yes I've owned a sidekick and never will again.
