Scott's "first" well known role in the gaming world was as the creator and author of THE definitive Elder Scrolls Daggerfall website (Daggerweb I think, although I may be misremembering which site it was). So I'd think to lean toward the Elder Scrolls project :(
I'm in a similar style guild that did a voting a few months ago. The odd thing about that it, it turns your casual guild into a mandatory raiding guild a couple nights a week based on the schedule and peer pressure.
In many ways "casual" 10-man guilds end up with far more pressure to raid (on their chosen days) than a large raid guild with numerous backup raiders would be.
Toontown definitely. My 4 year old started out with toontown. No open chat, just set phrases, simple interface, simple quests. Now she's 8 and she's just graduating to WoW (not solo, duo'd with Daddy) she already familiar with grouping, raiding, quests, and all that from toontown.
