It's a decent game. But you left out the part about PvE content essentially ending around level 20. As a basically pvp-only game after that, it's middle of the road. And waiting around for 20 minutes just to get a match is... well not good.
Clearly anyone who disagrees with brainfreeze is wrong... so...
Fact, multiboxing has never been against the rules in EQ, or in any other MMOG. It doesnt hurt the server economy any more than any other player activity. It may change some dynamics, some good, some bad, but it's just change.
As to EQ vs. hackers, this is such an empty threat, and I honestly cant understand why they are making such a big deal about devoting resources to this non-problem NOW when the game is in it's twilight. Does any website even sell eq1 plat anymore, let alone buy it? Silly.
And as was mentioned above, it's more or less benign hacking that goes on, automating repetitive tasks which, these days, is easily accomplished with a programmable mouse/keyboard and no special other "hacking" tools. Funny that no other game frowns on that sort of automation as much as eq does.
/shrug. It doesnt matter. Waste of time and money on SOE's part, no matter how you slice it. Something to appease the old-timey purists who remember things far differently 10+ years ago than they actually were.
The missile speed wasnt at all far out of line. Was about 1.5 times faster than a reasonably modern AIM-9 carrying a 10x larger payload, and the range was only like 30km. The payload of that STS was maybe 100 grams? You could shoot far and fast with no effort and perfect sight these days with non-military hardware.

Feb 20th 2008 6:34AM (AOL TV)And you forgot to mention his role I first noticed him on, as Purifier in The Chronicles of Riddick!
He has that sad, soulful, and yet hopeful look that sorta reminds me of Lance Henriksen.
Very enjoyable to watch.
And yes, Jeremy Sisto is a great addition as well. This year has definitely gotten off to a great start for L&O.
