I will say that he definitely has his poker face down pat. My wife and I were at the event as well (on behalf of our site, GameGeex) and though I didn't get a chance to directly talk to Alex, he had the "stoic visage of stone" going on. He may possibly be part stone golem.
Personally speaking, though, I will say that not being able to talk about all the things we saw till Monday is (figuratively) eating me up inside. Monday can not come soon enough.

If all it did was play Infinity Blade 3, no. But that's kinda like saying you are buying a new car just for the cup holder. Infinity Blade is a great series, but its not the only thing an iPad or iPhone can do. Just like a PC, you buy it for the array of applications and games it can run, not just a single title.

Random showdowns between future cops and medieval knights, I can accept. But nit picky details in wording are a huge Suspension of Disbelief killer for me.
I just want to point out that the Panderan 1-10 experience that they let us play at last years BlizzCon was not overly goofy at all - It struck roughly the same balance of humor/seriousness as the Blood Elf starting zone, and was no where near as silly as the Goblin starting zone.
