The problem is the people, people take the attitude that they are god-like and if you don't live up to their standards and do each pull, each mob as they deem it should go it's over.
Pull a Guild Wars and let me run with Heroes instead of a-hole humans, at least the AI will do it's job w/o screaming at everyone.
And the whole "run with your guild" bit?
Only works if there are five people on in the morning like I am.
Until Blizzard screens people to check their morals and attitudes, nothing will change.

EvE is like being dropped into the middle of a jungle with a gun, a knife and a gps device and told to do whatever the hell you want.
WoW is being dropped in a mall and told to follow the yellow line to the gap and buy a pair of pants. Then follow the red line to cinnabun where you will purchase a treat. Then follow the white line to the parking lot to your car and go home.

Neither one is better than the other, just vastly different. Some like the challenge of EvE some like the safety and "being told what to do" of WoW.
