What a fun idea! Tricks of the Trade FTW

Um, hello, the Tech is in San Jose. That said, yay for the Tech! They are a fabulous museum and have done lots of interesting things inworld.

@Zanathos And here I thought I leveled my bank toons past level 10 so they could get to artisan fishing. LOL I never thought about restoration and that would be a big deal.

I don't object to slowish travel when you are self-propelled (questing or whatever). But, in WoW, having to take a flying taxi that takes 15-18 minutes to get from one end of the world to the other is a waste of my time. It is great if I want to tab out and do look-ups or answer email... but it doesn't have anything to do with the game and often I'll just get engrossed in something else and leave my toon afk at the ending flight point. I really don't get the benefit to Blizz in this.

It looks beautiful. Love a lot of the concept presented. But it is a lame PC-only game. No key for me.

Well, I know I'm not on anything like as many hours as I was a few years ago. I'm on once a week instead of every day. The instability and changes have made it much less fun. Perhaps I'm not alone. Now if I can just sell my land and stop paying so much to not be there....

My Draenei engineer is going gnomish. She is investigating why the Exodar crashed and has been studying with the transdimensional engineers of her own people but thinks the Gnomes might have new information. I really wish Blizz had done something with the Draenei as engineers since they obviously have tech.

The thing that mystifies me the most about this is the denial of content by child avatar creators but the allowance of child avatars at the event. We have some wonderful artists and content creators who are part of the child avatar community! The wingnuts are not going to look at pix of child avatars attending SL5B on flickr or whatever and go "well it is okay, they weren't allowed to create anything". How does this make any sense at all?
