Notch live-streams making a game in 48 hours, listens to dubstep*

@Jennacide So what you are saying is that you KNOW the "game development process" or that you can read the minds of the people know know programming in "general". You sound like an Game development course flunky who thinks they already know it all.

@iaacp more mature in what sense of the word? Just because there are less people talking on PS3 doesn't mean there are more mature users on the console. Every time I have been in a game with people using the headset I think the services are exactly the same.

PS3 hack court case delayed, jurisdiction questioned

@PR0F3TA Does the "cheated trophies" really matter at all?

As for the hacking on MW2. This was rampant on 360 and PC as well. As stated grab Black Ops, its much better then MW2 when it comes to cheaters. I know it's shitty but in reality Black Ops is way more balanced of a game. It's respawning sucks but the perks are ok.

George Hotz: I got sued for 'making Sony mad'

@Goku1910 "That still breaks the privacy policy"

There is no law on that. The worst that can happen is sony banning people for the use for custom firmware. You would think Microsoft would be going after Team eXecuter by now. Or any of the other groups that come out with the custom firmware that allows piracy.

George Hotz: I got sued for 'making Sony mad'

@MLC Not all people have jail breaked hardware for the purpose of piracy. I will use the internet term for accessing root on my phone now. I jail breaked my Rogers provided Android phone for the purpose of being able to run software coded by the community to make my phone run better.

Same thing can be said about my iphone. I jail broke it so I could run software that Apple decided that they didn't want to host on the Apple store.

And for some people the reason to Jailbreak a PS3? Indie game development.

@everyone - Some of you really need to learn the laws of your country. Claiming he will be locked up or that he broke the law without a single person stating what law he broke is just funny.

Sony issues more court documents in hacking case, GeoHot's lawyer responds

@eat it It doesn't matter what Sony intends. I bought the hardware and I am legally able to do what I please with it. All some one is doing when they modify the PS3 in anyway is voiding agreement of support with Sony.

I don't know enough about the firmware code to make a claim that it will violate the DMCA laws in the US. But in Canada what he is doing is perfectly legal.

It's just like Travian. This has so little to do with Ultima I don't get why they used the name.

This is a legitimate comment:

Is Xbox360 still leading PS3 in sales? If so 5% could mean Xbox360 still has more users online...

There is no need to down vote his post. It is not a troll, it's math.
