Dwell On It: With distinction
Jun 6th 2008 12:03PM (Massively)I know this was the kindest conclusion Tatwoman could think of, but possibly, quite possibly, he failed to show up totally? xD
Newbie avatar survey
Jun 6th 2008 2:47AM (Massively)I'm a little against offering a scale with a middle-of-the-road option when designing survey tools though, generally. Letting people sit on the fence about something is a recipe for lots of average unless you have something extremely awesome in the mix.
Linden Lab whacks German teens?
Jun 5th 2008 12:02PM (Massively)Tat, it's almost the end of June. Why not chance it? Might get a surprise.
Linden Lab whacks German teens?
Jun 5th 2008 12:01PM (Massively)Seriously though, if Katherine Berry's claim is true, a significant (not necessarily majority but... :( ) German teens are apparently the new Brazilian punk. or .my moron.

Robert Leatherwood is a loser, settles with Eros LLC
Mar 16th 2008 10:30AM (Massively)But seriously, this is one of the main problems of using current legal processes on metaverses - it never happens as fast as people in the world want it to happen.

I wonder if this is caused by Linden Lab policies on privacy. Mayhaps its time to consider allowing for storage of proofs of age in the system?
HTML-on-a-prim kills sims
Mar 8th 2008 4:22PM (Massively)Now all that's to do is to improve the implementation. Oh, and fix this blasted error - media settings should not be crashing the sim - they're not meant to be anything more than a parameter for clients to parse.

Sky News targets sexual ageplay in Second Life again
Mar 4th 2008 4:30AM (Massively)However, Mr Farrell is conflating child abuse and consensual roleplay. Whilst it may be illegal in Second Life to engage in Second Life, I was under the understanding that the Wonderland build was meant purely for non-sexual ageplay when it existed.
I would also question the nature of a group with 'incest' as well: incest can occur in various forms, some patently illegal and unnatural, others merely unethical. all the resident may be guilty of as a member of a group called 'incest' is having some proclivities that your idea of society considers unacceptable.
Who am I to tell you how you should live your life? Who are you to tell me how I should live mine?
