Definitely looking forward to being an Andorian. They never really got their due in any of the series or films.

Ack! Stupid auto-login. Sorry about that.

I'm looking forward to how the differing land types will affect the development of a city. Since most of the shore/riverside plots will probably be taken quickly when the MMO launches (not unlike certain names in more traditional MMOs), I might try my hand at desert-based city.

EVE Evolved: Features we want in EVE Online, part 2

Mar 31st 2009 10:05AM (Massively)
I'd settle for some form of user-configurable interface while in space, or even just a faction-based difference between interfaces. This is a massively advanced civilization and yet every single ship looks the same from inside the pod.

EVE Online developer explains major new feature: Tech III

Feb 15th 2009 7:39PM (Massively)
Training from Rank 1/Level 4 to Rank 1/Level 5 is probably in the three to three and a half day range for most people who will be flying Tech III ships, so not a terrible loss, all things considered.

Makes you careful with your ship, but the penalty isn't so costly as to make the Tech III ships hangar queens.

My favorite story to date is the two-part guide to setting up the Overview in EVE from a few months back -- I've referred tons of people to it thus far and see it mentioned in the Help channel in-game frequently when people have questions about the Overview.

Red box Basic D&D set started it all for me, followed quickly by AD&D with the orange spine Players Handbook and an old-school DMG . . .
