Police arrested two kids yesterday, one was drinking battery acid, the other was playing with tanks. They charged one and let the other one off.

also regarding remark that they bought the prize , it is player voted award , generally wargaming puts this competition into game luncher news and asks players to go to vote for wot... players obviously did. So yea wot has pretty dedicated mass of players that are wiling to vote for it

also wot is not pay 2 win , it has excellent cash shop system that should be learned by othe companies and used in there own games for there own success

is wot mmo? who cares 5 mil people play the game even if it is lobby base and not mmo i am having a lot of fun for over a year ... so play it if you like it , call it what ever you want... its decent online PVP game

Can you please start using not year old screen shots ? There are plenty of screens that actually represent you know newer stuff added to the game ... just suggestion :)

Check dev blog it is nicely explained there it is linked in first post.
Two points are for learning skill book that gives flat 25% increase in learning time on top of those skills ( on lvl 5 ).
There is no need for 2x learning speed since you will start with 20 skill points in average attribute instead of 10 when you create new character and you will not spent entire 2x speed bonus on learning skills but you will use it on something useful like new ship , guns etc. You know fun stuff :)
