I bought a Premium system at launch for full price. I have had the "Red ring of friggin death" 3 times, the first two times I sent it back in for repair, only to have it fail again shortly after. same with the 3rd only I Griped enough for them to send me a brand new console in the box etc: Bam red rings…. I send it in for repair AGAIN. Comes back, now 15 minutes into a game it Freezes… OMFG. Now keep in mind this is since LAUNCH, I have paid for Xbox live for 2 years (which I seldom get to play due to REPAIRS), I own like 20 something games, I'm a good customer.. I called tech support AGAIN, they give me the same lame lines… now they have apparently outsourced their call center to somewhere where they have no numbers to give you for escalating a case to a higher supervisor, and there was essentially nothing the lady could do for me other then "apologize for my inconvenience" nigh unto half-a billion times and send me yet another sacred repair box. Really. you are going to fix it? Promise me on your children's lives this thing won't do this again… really… I have filed a BBB complaint, but I mean really.. Very hard for me to work bringing profits and advising customers on software and hardware upgrades when Quality control and customer support for this company are just simply a joke. I mean really… If I tattoo an xbox logo onto my left asscheek will that constitute grounds for proper customer service then?

eh got a replacement back... again... really less then happy though about the whole fiasco
