First Impressions: City of Heroes Going Rogue gallery
The Overguard costume set. Sort of a variant on chitinous armor, I'm a fan.
The Clockwork set. Worth noting is that the Clockwork torso is selectable anywhere that tights are selectable, and it retains that skeletal structure. Very cool.
The PPD costume set. The gloves seem wrong compared to the ones in-game - I really would have loved to have those big honkin' gauntlets.
Vive la Resistance!
Pretty sure the boots, shoulders, and gloves on this setup are new pieces. (I do forget at times.
The "Optional" tag in action during a conversation.
This is in the midst of the tutorial mission. Not pictured: ghoul army.
The cinematic from the end of the tutorial mission. A still frame from it, anyway. Your loyalty choice comes up mid-cinematic, I'll note.
A lot of people in missions and outside will just talk to you if you chat with them. Shades of more traditional FF games, I'd say.
Praetor White is kind of a jerk. On the plus side, the dialogue is neat, and the little orange "reminder" text shows up frequently to let you know what you're getting into.
Whatever the dimension, cops are cops.
Yes, Praetoria has a new style of office building. It's a bit more... beige. (The large man is a PPD NPC who accompanies you for a mission.)
Inside one of the tech buildings.
The Clockwork groundskeepers were one of the coolest little visual traits. The still shot doesn't convey it, but their arms are blowing off debris and leaves, and they patrol in routes making sure the area is clean.
Someone ordered a dramatic rooftop battle at night? Okay.
The Underground. It's a really creepy area, and it benefits from having the gamma turned way the hell up.
One of the government lounges. There are some real visual treats in buildings.
