Elisabeth is a geek of all trades and the Flameseeker Chronicles columnist here at Massively. She's been a fan of Guild Wars for several years and doesn't expect that to change, um, ever.
When she's not making red bars go up and down or crafting 50 rusted daggers of moderate pointiness, Elisabeth enjoys herding cats, reading anything that passes in front of her eyes, and being excessively whimsical. Likes: making cupcakes. Dislikes: squids or any of their unnatural kindred, illithids most especially. Has a distinct fondness for pen and paper RPGs (in which she prefers to roll casters of an incendiary type) and a perpetual itch to set dice a-rollin'. Easily distracted by otter pictures.

ArenaNet's April Fools' Day joke on steroids, the Super Adventure Box, seems to be pretty popular. A retro-tastic homage to some of the classics of gaming, complete with a ridiculously camp commercial, the Super Adventure Box is Guild Wars 2's month-long escape into a simpler time without ...
Flameseeker Chronicles: NPCs and culling and beedogs, oh my
It's good to have memorable characters. It's important, in a game, to have the sort of characters that players can look back on a month or a year or a lifetime later and think, "Yeah, I remember that NPC." In that sense, I guess ArenaNet has succeeded admirably in the case of Rox the Charr ...
