@Graill440

Skalds are one of the most powerful solo classes in PvP at the moment.

If you are going Midgard hybrid for a short period of time, let me suggest going with a Skald as a Troll using two handed weapon. Its a very easy class to level and it's an enjoyable class in the battle grounds of Thidranki. Modern DAoC means you can just hit the battle grounds for levels and gear and Thidranki is the most enjoyable RVR/PVP battle grounds with a mix of group vs group and a healthy level of siege attempts against Center Keep. Once you are in Thid and have any questions, ask any Midranki guild member, especially the bonedancer if he isn't AFK.

All classes have their ups and downs.

But a Troll Skald is a good pick. Although you are a huge target, when people see a two handed sword, they probably wont pick you out in a group.

If your out solo, with your run speed you can get away from almost anything. Also if you need an extra boost of speed, sprint with your speed on for mach 1 speed!

Only other advice I can give is use your positional styles, learn what each ones does, Its really nice when you can add a snare or bleed to an attack.

I'm sure your an experienced mmo player so I don't think you need general advice. Your probably smart enough to figure out most stuff yourself. :)
