That screenshot is serious business!

Hmm for me, I think it was Aion.

And in opposite-answer-land, Rift has now made it *onto* my HDD. ;)

Same for me but it's not just the hard drive size I may actually visit those other worlds again. Well except SWG but it is still there.

You guys are really running out of ideas on topics, aren't ya?

Anyhow, APB Reloaded. They still haven't optimized it for lower end PC's.

@Vinzix Yea that's pretty much why I stopped playing as well. I just don't have the cash to upgrade my computer rignt now to play one game when I can still play most others.

@Vinzix "You guys are really running out of ideas on topics, aren't ya?"

Look out for the next exciting topic "What MMO have you recently installed on your hard drive?" :)

Cleared out Age of Conan, Fallen Earth, Global Agenda (if that counts) and City of Heroes recently.

WAKFU was the last one, when I read that it wouldn't be F2P.

I have another, similar, question: Which MMOGs have you kept installed the longest, without actually playing them? (and do you still update them anyway, feeling like you're going to pounce on them soon but never get around to it).

For me, this would be WoW and Champs - I play WoW about 1 or 2 months annually, and Champs I haven't touched since last summer.

I also do this. Keep games around and even patch them but may/mmay not get to playing them.

It's not impossible for me to wipe something and I may have done it "recently", but I can't remember what.

(And by "recently", I mean a year+ ...)

To answer your corollary question: Dark Age of Camelot is a game I love (I even played on a non-PvP server, and still loved it) and it stays on my hard drive ...
... but the truth is, the pre-standardization controls, and the rapidly-aging graphics means I will probably never play it again.

Still, it sits on my hard drive, and I look at its icon wistfully, like it's an old girlfriend I wished I still knew.

Similarly, Lord of the Rings Online was such a fun game when I played it, I can't seem to bring myself to delete it, even though I doubt I'll ever play it seriously again.

@pcgneurotic Wakfu, as soon as I found out it wasn't F2P.

Can't say I've kept an MMO on very long, but I guess World of Tanks counts.

After being there since Vanilla Beta WoW finally got the axe about 4 months ago. I kept it there for about 4 months after I stopped my sub.

Rift lasted on my HD for not very long. Champions Online lasted for not very long also. Currently I have the following games installed....

SWTOR, Diablo 2, Lords of the Realm 2, DA Origins, BF3, SC2, Skyrim, and Medieval 2 Total War and I think that is it.

Dumped SWTOR.

Loaded the "free" version of RIFT just to wander around. I was actually really impressed by the anniversary carnival. They put some work into it. Although the jumping is a bit excessive.
