pretty game, shallow gameplay.

I've been living it up in the C9 VIP beta (almost over) and except for when it comes to the sparkles, C9 is the better ....

@Fakeassname The 2 gameplay is different, Vindictus is an combo based action game while C9 (like Dragon Nest) is a hotkey action based system.

Saying one gameplay like a FPS is worst than say another gameplay, like a TPS is a preference choice

@nhat nothing in that statement is correct.

C9 is entirely combo based, with a wide variety of movies that require quite a bit of actual input combinations.

in Vindictus you hold the left mouse button.

@Fakeassname If you hold the left button in Vindictus it only does one attack because it has no auto attack.

VIndictus uses ZERO hotkeys for its attacks. It's all combo based. C9 and DN each hotkey has a move associated to each other.

Yep. Has a kick move that serves no other purpose than kick 500 of x enemy achievement. Should have been used for combos of some sort. You don't make an action combat game and ignore 20 years of fighting game mechanics, that's just lazy.

@(Unverified) it's a quick copy of C9: C9 has kicking (but it serves a purpose in the combo system) so vindictus needed to have kicking.

kinda sad actually, it was sort of shocking to see how much of C9 had been lifted to make vindictus ... at first I thought it was C9 that was copying Vindictus, but C9 predates it by at least a year in korea and it's mechanics actually work in a fun manner.

@(Unverified) Eh the purpose of kicking is to hit enemies laying on the ground and to get the cores without using stamina. It's not used for anything else besides that.

@Fakeassname You obviously don't know jacksit about Vindictus, kick doesn't work that way and has been in Vindictus since forever, not to mention they opened their betas in Korea in a month's gap.

I have to apologize. SW:TOR isn't the most shallow mmo currently available, it's probably Vindictus.
