So nerfing my Sage instead of buffing up the lower performing classes? Sounds like a brilliant idea =/

@Cryptoling

Seriously?

How obvious does it have to be that this was unintentional and a bug?

I have a 50 sage healer BTW.

It's nice to be able to "cheat", but at no time did I think it was working as intended. The tooltip says, "on the next cast". Not, "on the next two casts".

Complaining about being able to cheat with an unintended bug is...

I mean, seriously?

Just do like everyone else.

Leave and come back in 2013, hopefully by then Swtor will be a worthwhile MMO.

Maybe.

Am i just missing it, or do you really not link to the source anywhere in this article? Just seems odd not to go ahead and link the thread. off to the oboards i guess.

Not afterthought; they are always at the bottom of an article, but they are easy to miss.

Really?! No word of improving Ilum's terrible design and FPS performance?!

@Kunari FPS performance? I hear almost nobody complain about it anymore. Heck, my friend is using a computer I sold him 3 computers ago. It's so old now all I remember about it is that it was a dual core. He can play this game on medium/low without any problems. Maybe you need to get a computer that doesn't completely suck? While it doesn't take much to run this game, it isn't wow. You can't run it on an ipad.

I have a 2 year old computer, 2.8 GHz 6 core, 5670 ATi card 1 GB RAM and 6 GB RAM system memory. If I run everything on low settings and there are 40+ Imperials hanging out in front of the base, I lag.

Any idea about the release date? Is there maybe a schedule about even later updates?

+ legacy means for me not to roll alts right now because later with legacy alts will be more interesting. am I correct?

+ @Kunari: there are many more things about update 1.2 not mentioned here or in the interview, check it out on your preferred search engine...

they've said over and over that legacy won't just be for new toons. i say make your alts if you're going to. Can't base your gameplay around what might happen, on a feature they've released zero details about, at some unnamed point in the future.

There have been small leaks regarding patches up to 1.5, but no official time frame. A major patch every two months sounds reasonable, especially considering they throw minor patches every Tuesday.

Force isn't strong in this one and 1.2 won't fix most issues. 0-5fps during world pvp on 1 year old computer, DX9 (!) game engine, bugged daily quests, fragmented world with loading screens (3 screens while descending onto planet), frustrating random pvp rewards system (battlemaster commendations still random - and rare! - drop), boring pve, lack of craft, etc. etc. etc. Most good part of my SWTOR subscription is it'll expire in March. To compare: I played SWG for two years.

@Pasha

The most good part of your SWTOR subscription for the rest of us is that yours will expire in March too. Perhaps then you'll find yourself less compelled to try passing opinion off as fact. The Ilum daily quest is the ONLY daily that is bugged. The crafting is in the game, just not apparently to the level that you would like it (and if you're waiting for some game with SWG style crafting then you'll be waiting for a looooong time). The PvE is anything but boring to many, many people. The battlemaster commendations are random, but as for 'rare'...rng is rng. Fragmented world (really? What's a 'fragmented world'? You mean instances? That old chestnut again?) with loading screens? So a couple seconds of loading is somehow destroying things for you? Whew. Good thing no other game has loading screens in it, right?

@PashaMy pc is three years old and I've never dropped below 30fps with rare exception. On my 4 year old graphic card I had to drop settings (no shadows) but on my new 560ti I'm at max with no problems.
