The player-dungeons are a powerful way to alternatively level a main character. They give out a very good amount of XP. I love the addition of yet anther leveling option.

I love the dungeon-maker! I've already thought of the possibility of creating a dungeon that has a series of player-written books that need to be found and read, to reveal a story and provide clues to find a hidden exit. There really are a ton of possibilities for the creative players out there.

EQ2 is really stretching out these days. The dungeon maker is a great addition to the stack of options facing you when you log in. For a theme-park there are sure a lot of things you can do without getting on the rides.

I've been playing quite a lot of player-made dungeons but I haven't had time to make one yet. Hoping to get around to that soon. The quality varies hugely and as with all reward-based activities in MMOs, if there's a way to shortcut to get the rewards people will take it, but scroll past the "200 tokens easy solo" entries and there are plenty of amusing, witty and entertaining "proper dungeons".

I would like to see some loot drop, even if it's just the tokens you would get at the end. EQ1's Monster Missions had a kludge that allowed you to get drops as your monster and transfer them to your actual character so it's not beyond reason to hope for something similar eventually. It's early days, though, and when you look at how far housing has come the Dungeon Maker has the potential to turn into something really special over time.
