People complaining about zombies sounds about as stupid as someone complaining about pandas. Get a life.

I agree, I so didn't want to see more zombies. I was tired of these critters half way through Taris and now there gonna be even more common? Ewww. It just doesn't feel Star Warsie to me, I'd rather there be more focus on the conflict between the Republic and Empire and watching that expand/grow.

Always impressed with logical substance filled debate stances. Sadly your troll remark has none of that.

Saying "Zombies really.......!!!!
Resident evil Not is this !!!"

Is not constructive criticism. It's just complaining. Saying something like what Celtar said would be considered constructive criticism.

The new flashpoint looks great!!

Its a shame running will be a chore due to still not having a Dungeon Finder. Healing it will still be a chore due to not having Addons + mouseover macros

Yay...

The flash light system sounds awesome, and I always wanted a dark dungeon with torches in a group experience in an MMO.

But someone wake me up when this game doesn't look like blurry nintendo 64 textures and has antialiasing in place which allows the game to look like it does live outside of cutscenes, as they advertise it.

I am just flabbergasted that in 2012 they messed up a texture system on a PC game like this. I will buy the game when they catch up.

The same patch that's bringing this dungeon is enabling AA.

High res textures will be coming soon from what I understand. Like 1.2 soon.

Actually, the patch this comes with adds AA. The patch in March adds high res textures.

I know you're basing your N64 comment on the Trooper image linked in a orevious thread... But even without ini tweaking, my game looks incredible for an mmo. If I wasn't at work, i'd post a screenshot.

They didn't say they'd be adding high res textures, they said the "changes will bring greater visual fidelity to your character and those around you, but will still allow for good performance in situations where a lot of characters are on-screen at once." They could be a bit more vague but not much.

@Mtor It's the MMO way. Better than mindless killing people in FPS to make your epeen feel better.

I nearly read "ultimately negotiate an alliance with the *TRION* Hegemony", you know the then unknown company without EA and LA and 300 million budget behind it that achieved a polished mmo at launch, their first game ever, without the terrific hype train accompanying every news of SWTOR.
Joke aside, I really really think Bioware should focus more on bug and glitch fixing and less on content for now. Only today I had shadow bugs, companion lieing down then standing then lieing down again etc because he had been once cast down by an explosion, mobs resetting: hit them once and they start losing health then reset at full health, I tried to kill them for 5 minutes. Nothing breaking the game yet but there would be a longish list if I noted every bug/glitch I encountered since release.
SWTOR has nice things in it but it does seem they rushed it out for Xmas sales and it needed 6 more months to deserve the "polish" award fanbois are granting him too easily in their blind fervor.
And I wonder if players wouldn't rather have missing basic mmo functionalities like say a refined Auction house or a Guild system than new flashpoints...
