actually.... I've seen maybe all of one bot in my whole time in Rift (and I'm still not sure if it was a bot), and about 1/10th the gold spam as when I left wow. Considering I went from one of the lower pop wow servers to one of the highest pop Rift servers (at least twice the players), that's pretty good imo.

@fallwind not sure you got what I meant. Russian hackers and botters will be interesting for them to deal with, especially if they have to act through an intermediary.

Rift will fail in Russia as bad as Hitler and Napoleon, russians have their own mmo's, which (Allods online) are better than Rift.

as far as their release in russia, it wont take long before Rift realizes what a mistake it was. Who knows, like france and germany, russia could be Trion Worlds downfall.

After all, Rift is even going for South Korea... russia and south korea? ppl there don't give a crap about Rift lol.

@sjet not likely, it doesn't have to be a smashing hit to be a success, and with their ftp end of nations it will be smart to have an easy way to get money from those and other parts of the world.

Also it will be two more "CE"'s for their item shop =P
