Well this comes as great news for me since suckstop, err, I mean Gamestop decided to backout of a midnight release after telling everyone that preordered the game there they would have one.

Thank you Bioware for realizing what a mistake it would have been to not offer a grace period.

Hang on Massively, why is it newsworthy when EA/Bioware DO decide to offer a grace period but when it was originally announced that there would NOT be one and the majority of the player base was up in arms - most with fairly legitimate concerns/arguments - that there was not a single mention of it on this site?

Personally, I'm not bothered either way and I'm pleased that they relented but they I don't believe they deserve to be rewarded for doing something they should have done originally.

This is great news for the large number of Oceanics we have playing on the "The Jekk'Jekk Tarr" server. Coupled with them finally getting their act together and allowing Amazon to dispatch on the 15th means that if you chose the fastest delivery option you should have uninterrupted play.
