Speaking exclusively for myself, my sub ran out just before the announcement was made - and reading the announcement was enough to convince me not to continue the sub. It was seriously demoralizing.

I mean, I already knew and accepted that K-NCSoft didn't give a toss about the western players and were using us exclusively as a third wheel/extra source of easy revenue, but the way they handled this particular issue was like a kick in the balls. After being punched in the gut one too many times, I might add (yay socketing! ... *cough*).

My legion's flagging morale most certainly isn't helping matters much. Most are jumping ship to TOR. And I haven't even logged into Aion at all since the release of Skyrim (actually, it's been that way for almost everyone I know...). I really hope this isn't the death knell for western Aion, but prospects are not looking good...

I mentioned on another tread as a Rift player I was worried about ToR...Aion and Rift are both very similar sized sub-based games that stand the most to lose when the neutron bomb goes off this December.

I know I plan on playing ToR for a month or two as a single player KotOR 3 but multiply my absence from the world by thousands of gamers doing the same thing...

Here's hoping NCSoft and Trion both have smart people with good plans to get the community through the holiday storm. And hoping my Rift guild still has enough folks logging on to do 10 mans. -sigh- We shall see.

I must have been one of the few people that knew it was a glitch from the beginning!!

Not a problem though, was able to finish the armor sets on both my toons before the nerf! It's about time they found a way to give a decent PvP set to all players with relatively minor effort.

My only concern about Aion is the whole lack of reward for effort, that's why I'm not even socketing/enchanting my new gear yet. It will just make me upset, so I'm just stacking up kinah until I'm sure I'm ready to do that.

Yep, I have to agree that I didn't noticed how much tickets we should get and all my legion mates though it should be 2... If NCSoft would say something quicker... I wouldn't mind fixing bug if they only would say "it's a bug, enjoy coz we will need to fix it" so ppl would know in advance that will gonna happen...

Sometimes I feels like the whole leading bunch working at NCSoft:West has been collaborating and is not reporting to NCSoft what they are actually doing/not doing/doing wrong.
The same staff that could somehow cover up how miserable and unfinished the game was, that R.Garriot wasted NCSofts money on for years until the very end of the release of it.
They should send over some English speaking supervisor to check out whats going on here instead of trusting some reports.

This was not a bug or error that got fixed at all. This was simply grabbin and updating to a newer build with lowered tickets, just synchronizing with the actual changes of the latest 2.7 patchnotes.

But this whole ticket matter is a mess anyway. Anyone here acts like they are necessary to play arenagames. They argue they want to have "fun" and limited tickets limits their "fun", in reality all they care for are cheap gear rewards. The dream of the full new set in a mere 6-8 weeks or so are gone. Meanwhile the test arenas on K server is full because the player actually play for the fun, stream videos, make the own organized events and compete against each other even with lack of gratification via rewards.
