I always thought if Auto Assualt had been more Car Wars and less Driving Miss Daisy it would still be with us now.

It's still an blindingly obvious table top to MMO conversion for me.

@macscarfe I sometimes wonder why the Car Wars IP never made it to MMO's.

In fact, there are still several old Pen & Paper RPGs that I'd like to see made into an MMO. Anyone remember an obscure game called Living Steel? That game would make a better MMO than it was in Pen & Paper.

Yep - call it World of Warmachines to avoid copyright issues.

I think a WG version of Mechwarrior would be better than what Pirahna are doing.
