Beta weekends are nice, but it's time to drop that NDA so we can find out what's going on after level 20.

Is anyone else concerned Bioware still can't give concrete info on some of their endgame features? I heard a dev interview about the pvp planet Illum and it sounded like something that was still in the early design stages. Not exactly reassuring for a game that's a month from launch.

@Mtor They're counting on you to reroll to get all the stories.

Although having to slog through the other 95% of the quests again might make you rethink it.

@Mtor They already have given concrete info about their endgame features, go do some reading and find out for yourself.

Nope. But then again, I'm not expecting anything much different from most other MMOs out there. I could be pleasantly surprised, but then again I won't be disappointed either:)

@Mtor Oh, I can't wait for the crocodile tears of those who downvoted this comment. MMO players are a very particular bunch, and there's most likely good reason they won't explain any part of their end-game plans.

Glad to see it's not this weekend. Hopefully not the next one either, but ooh well. Just hope we can download it and such -before- the weekend starts so that we can get into it right away.

I have nothing good or bad to say about SWToR.
Never played in Beta never seen any of the in game trailers.
Only trailer I have seen was E3 2011 CGI trailer.
Never read any articles about the game other then the articles title , have not even been to the game website or forums.

Iam looking forward to play this game just not in the first 3 months after it is release. I plan to avoid all the reviews and play the game with no expectations.

@Ironraptor

So, instead of being an informed consumer who is responsible with his or her money, you're going to assume it's something you want and give them your money. EA wants you to know they love you, at least until they have your money.

After that, they don't give a crap.

@Ironraptor I appreciate your approach Iron. I've soaked up all the news and done the beta and while I wish I had the willpower to jump in eyes closed at least I know it's a must buy for me. I still plan on waiting a couple months after release...

haha. no way I can wait. 6 weeks seems like too long :)

I'm totally torn. On the one hand, I won't be able to afford actually buying SWTOR probably until January, so I'd really love the chance to give it a shot beforehand. But on the other hand it'll be an absolute killstealing madhouse, which will probably kill my enjoyment. Ugh.

@Ghostspeaker
There really isn't a problem with kill stealing due to the instancing that occurs with crowded zones.

Doesn't massively have some Beta-keys to give away or something?

I think TOR will do good for the first year, but beyond that I'm skeptical. Bioware will need to continue to pump out quality voice acted story content and raids at a pretty solid pace to keep the subs. I hope they are up to the task, but I know EA is kicking this unpolished gem out the door a few months ahead of when it should be.
