In one way it’s sad how game development has gone from ‘two guys in a basement making the game of their dreams without thinking of the revenues’ of the 70-80s to this.

Yep and they tell you to send a ticket on the forums just so you can get a "Due to the high volume of tickets, we cannot respond to you right away because we don't actually have anybody recruited in customer support" reply back to you

I know, I have that problem too.

Pisses me off considering my Giant had almost enough tickets for the mount - -

Also their web cash shop is busted, lolz. They really need to get their shit together on Mabinogi at the least. It really seems like they kind of throw it on the back burners.
