Finally! If only this was a higher budget game and released for retail, would I really be pleased.

Sadly, it seems it is nothing more then combat so I will look this over and forget about it by tomorrow.

If this is being made by Korean developers then why isn't this a Super Sentai MMO? I doubt the Power Rangers license is easier to get than the Super Sentai one.

If you notice the character shots of the red ranger, he does look quite asian. Thus, I'm left to believe that this game is actually based on Mahou Sentai Magiranger, though Americans will only know it as Mystic Force.

That said, I'm totally going to be the Pink Ranger.

Good question. A quick search produced the following sites:

http://henshingrid.blogspot.com/2010/10/power-rangerssuper-sentai-combo-in.html
http://henshinhead.wordpress.com/2011/06/18/goseiger-to-air-in-korea-power-rangers-miracle-force-no-i-didnt-make-this-title-up/

From the looks of it, the road of Super Sentai to Korea is not as simple as importing it over the Korea Strait from Japan. For years, South Korea got their Sentai fix via Korean-language dubs of the American Power Rangers shows, not of the Japanese originals. As such, the series became popular under the brand name "Power Rangers," and the distributors have stuck with that name even after they switched to localizing the Japanese Sentai shows directly.

@Arashikou

I'll add more into this cauldron by saying in some Asian territories, like Taiwan, they show BOTH the Japanese show AND the Power Rangers version at the same time!

Kids tend to be more flexible and treat each show differently from what I saw/remembered. I think they may've also shown the American-dubbed Power Rangers in Japan, too.

Also, like Arashikou said, what sort of Super Sentai you want? There are various shows owned by various studios and even within that, there are various deals, mostly traditional, on what they offer and not. Put is simply, they'd either have to make a "generic" Super Sentai MMO or one such as this or one that probably only involves three properties/shows (since I've known Japan to hedge such 3 property deals and two of the properties would not be too popular or hard-sells).

It's just simpler to get one property and market it, even though it's possible for them to perhaps create a "Power Rangers Generation" type of MMO to put various groups into.

Robotech MMO, please. No, not Macross, I want all something that combines all three series of Robotech.

There was only one Robotech series. It is garbage compared to Macross.

Cool!

Power Rangers might be easier if it is older Saban Entertainment IPs for past ones rather than the new PR Samurai series.

From the costumes in the video it looks like a mix of the Mystic Force series and some older ones rather than Samurai.

Eh, I grew out of Power Rangers after a few seasons... The original few series (and movies) were awesome during my childhood! I have no clue about the later series though, including this one (which was released in 2006), so yeah... not sure if I really want...

It probably is super sentai but they probably have long term plans for a global version and Like Kamen Rider Dragon Knight, Power Rangers is more well known globally than it's Japanese counterpart.

But what I want to know is why only the magirangers showed up thus far.
