Wow you guys are brave running the risk of getting accused by PETA of having a slave as a mascot.
Mount & Blade Warband c-RPG mod.

Nice mascot^^ I love orcas, they are very beautiful and smart.

As for this week-end, my main MMO will be Aion, with an alternative Rift in case of boredom.
I will play some non-MMOs too: Driver SF for the fun, and Demon's Souls, I'd like to finish it before playing Dark Souls I bought yesterday.

Even if I played a lot of MMOs, I never played WoW. I don't really know why... I am sure it is a very good MMO as 11 to 12 million people subscribing cannot be mistaken. But for an unknown reason, I don't feel like playing it.

Last, let's deal with this Halloween thingy: I totally hate costumes. Moreover, I live in Europe where Halloween is not celebrated the way it is in the US. And at home, it is not celebrated at all. So, no costume for me (hopefully ;-) ).

WoW? Bah... having played the game nearly since Vanilla (friends account), I started off in Burning Crusade, raided in Lich King, and learned that I more than likely can not stand a good 80% of the playerbase... Between the dull raiding cycle, lack of anything to do if you aren't a raider, and well... Blizzards inability to deliver or maintain a certain "philosophy" for longer than a few months, leads me to ignore anything about expansions. The monk class will more than likely get an auto-attack, the talent system isn't exactly inspiring to me, and honestly? Blizzard as a developer in general has just lost my interest with horrible design decisions in their other games.

But enough of my starting rant! It's Halloween! Mr. Daniels, if you haven't decided on a costume, get a big cardboard box, make an eyeslit, then unleash your inner artist and make it look like a booze bottle with a "Matt Daniels" label. I'm sure the ladies will think you're a tall drink with that costume, which will be sexy enough after a shot or two!

And Eliot, use the snow to your advantage. Make a snow-man costume right near the door. Real snow works great. I direct you to 1:25 in the linked video

Though honestly, Xenogears is a great idea too...

Primarily Guild Wars-ing and Glitch-ing this weekend.

I might pop back into ATITD if I get around to it, apparently it's welcome back weekend or something...

Just not looking forward to probably seeing everything I once owned scavenged plus people begging for more people to make runs to Monuments - guilt trip but walking about in the world is terribly slow and boring when you're not used to it.

I actually think the WoW pandaren monks look quite nifty. And since I've radically revamped my initial dismissal of WoW graphics as hopelessly kiddy cartoonish, I can look at Mists of Pandaria screenshots and think they look rather good, in an extremely stylized WoW fantasy art sense.

I'd like to try out the new expansion, but... urgh, the one thing that'll stop me is the whole standard MMO quest schtick. I gamely tried a Draenei paladin the other day, since WoW went free trial to lvl 20, and got as far as level 4 before "kill 6 whatevers" "collect 7 whichevers" glazed my eyes over and I logged out hastily before falling asleep over the keyboard.

'Even if they added a Brewmaster hero class I probably wouldn't go for it, but it's cool nonetheless.'

Psssst - Brewmaster is the Monk tank spec. Just so you know.

I've just been playing CoH (weekend is almost over here, so What Was I Playing is more accurate). Also, no costume because Halloween is barely a thing at all in Australia.
