I had one such moment in TOR (at a convention of course......) I had reached a point in my storyline in which i am playing a character that is 180 degrees opposite of what i am like, which is a cuddly big bear. My character in TOR is total darkness.

After many many steps i was met with three choices, give the person something i had, they needed and suffer light points, do nothing and let them go and suffer nothing, or kill them because i simply could and get 100 darkness points..........i actually sat there for about 3 minutes, sometimes a timer begins on these questions, thankfully one did not start here.

So i pondered, the light choice was out of the question, but then i thought i may need this npc later, but again, what are the odds? So i killed him, He defiantly stated before my strike he was not afraid to die.

I found a day later i would need that npc in a future meeting, one that would never be. So i guess i will need to ponder slightly longer before chomping down all those darkness points will nilly. Conventions are great aint they? (Grin)

1) THINK TANK!
2) This was a good article.
3) The Think Tank could be a way to bring a deceased CoH character back, come to think of it.
