My acc was stolen 2 weeks ago, i have reported it, they contacted me a week after asking me for some info details and a week has passed and nothing happened... Is so sad and hard to believe that such a big company with the profits they make (thanks to us) wont invest much of them in having a good security system and costumer service, specially since we are their profits... And they are losing customers by the day due to this issue.... I feel upset considering i lost my characters, gold, runes and everything else.. I did not only invest a lot of my time in the game since my character was lvl 60 but also a lot of money... And no one seems to really care much about that. And the worst part is that i can see the guy that stole my account keeps playing with my character.... Well i can only wish you good luck if the same thing happened to you and keep hoping that something is gonna be done to solve this situation....
