I'm amazed they keep churning out skins for her, particularly when she's one of the most boring champions in the entire game.

Meanwhile, there's a whole list of champions who still only have the two skins they launched with who have not gotten ANY attention. Siiiigh!

Boring? o.0 Annie is an awesome champion with loads of personality. She may not be one of the FOTM op champions but she is still loads of fun. Anyway, the more skins the better.

There's such a thing as fair and even distribution, y'know.

Sure, more skins are nice, but there are way too many champions who get no attention at all relative to the champions who have been getting loads and loads of skins (Annie and Teemo in particular coming to mind here).

Also, Annie IS a seriously boring champion. She has virtually no decision points. Her skillshots require no actual skill to use. Her combo consists entirely of a 1-2-3 nuke that, again, has no decision points and requires no actual skill.

Unless you count "counting to 5" as some sort of skill. I think most of us are waaaay past elementary school at this point, however...

There's such a thing called marketing you know?

Annie is a frequently played champion which the devs consider balanced as such this champion suggests a low investment risk for the company to pay their designers to create a new model for her.

Riot is a company first and foremost and the most played champions WILL get more skins since a wider audience for a skin = increased amount of sales. People won't switch their main champion line up because of a skin, they'll buy skins according to their champion line up.

This point is increased even further by the fact that these are supposedly limited edition skins only available now, that means this increases the risk of the investment and as such, they'll go for a baseline of most played champions.

In this case, Annie, Blitzcrank, Nidalee and Nocturne are 4 very commonly seen champions, even if they aren't FOTM, they'll pop up very often in both normal and ranked.
