While Star Wars: The Old Republic's beta test weekends thus far have been small and intermittent, BioWare hopes to make it up to anxious fans by kicking off a much larger beta event. The studio posted that it is in the process of inviting "more players into testing than [it's] ever invited before in a single weekend" over the course of today in preparation for this weekend's test.
This next beta weekend will take place from October 7th through the 11th and is separate from the ongoing closed beta. BioWare also asserts that players who aren't accepted into this test will have future opportunities in the additional beta test weekends before the launch.
SWTOR beta test invitations will come straight to players' emails and can be verified by logging into your account to see whether the beta client is available for download.

Yes, all EU regions covered this time. What I don't understand is, who is considered an EU player? Those who selected EU when creating their profiles?

Hope I get in, I pre ordered but would like a chance to check it out. I am not even a huge star wars fan just been a while since there has been a good MMO that is able to draw me in, hope this does the trick.

Hah, I know. I understand what my responsibilities are. But it's tested by way of me playing the game so I still feel my initial statement of remorse holds :D

I got mine as well. I am looking forward to this game. If Bioware does half as good of a job as they did on Mass Effect, I will be happy.

In theory, if future development with content patches is right on, they should be able to do a open beta for all, they should definely give beta to preorder folks. Developers should stick by the notion; earn the players and they'll respect and love you more. They screwed up last week, time to appease the mass.

I'm Canadian, which means that this weekend is Thanksgiving. I am travelling back home to visit family and friends from Friday afternoon until Tuesday morning, where I will not have access to a computer at all.
I just got my invite today. For the exact period I will not have access to my computer.
Ugh.

@jealouspirate Don't confirm the key so at least you go back in the hopper for future weekends.
