This October, Allods Online will introduce new content to its already extensive free-to-play MMO. This update will include "a brand new zone for high level players, the ability to customize Astral ships, and enhanced leveling to improve the new player experience."
To help alleviate the usual gap that happens between European and North American content launches, gPotato will launch the update in both regions simultaneously. The exact date for this launch hasn't been announced yet, but in the meantime, you can check out the update's new screenshots below and watch for more news to come.

I'm really glad these guys are still trying. Even though I quit during the "Patch of Doom" I really think it is a high quality title (perhaps the best F2P I've ever played) and I wish them success.

@Pingles To be honest, I wish them the exact opposite... I want that game to crash and burn just so other devs and publishers are warned that Pay to win bollocks is not the way to go... but yeah.. I guess there's still enough people playing it 2 hours a week, buying fancy stuff who are blissfully unaware of how disgusting that cash shop actually is...

@paterah
It has?
So there are now Reputation Raids again?
The Experience required to hit max level has been reduced by the 30%+ that it was juiced up for no reason? Without the dumbass XP scrolls and horse&*^% like that?
Wow....where have I been?
Listen, they burned SO many players %$^&ing with things they had 0 reasons to change in the first place. The game was paced perfectly, XP and quests were excellent, as was managing your fatigue, and Rep-Raids were a great way to find leveling partners and possible guilds, then they had to dick around and squeeze as much out of the players as possible.
eLdritchZ has the same feeling as I do, but I know they're already suffering, as the population has, and never will be what it was before the Gipat patch, now after almost 2 years, they're STILL cranking back that patches ^%&*ups.
GG guys, G-mother^%&*ing-G.

i agree with pingles. the whole "patch of doom" situation was unfortunate. at the time, allods was one of the greatest mmos id ever played.

I agree, I loved this game. I had just gotten to the PvP (which I am not a huge fan of) when the Patch of Doom hit. I spent a few days doing some older quests, then quit. Never went back, and it is still visually the most impressive game I have played.
Too bad really.

If it had auto-attack I might have stuck with it. After an hour I couldn't take it any more. Could have used more races as well.

If you want to really understand the definition of "WOW clone" download this game. At times I thought they actually stole GUI elements straight from WOW. Surprised they haven't had any legal run ins with Blizzard.
