I suppose if I were to pick one *despite* arachnid infestations, I would be boringly predictable and go with LOTRO/The Shire. I hear they have decent pie as long as you don't buy it from Holly. She has been known to have quality control issues with ingredients.

world of warcraft. only so i can wield two UN-naturally huge 2handed swords, and WoW so I could solo raids like hunters and rogues apparently can.

really tough question
torn between lotro ,wow and ffxi
but will count azeroth out since its full of hazards more than the other 2
getting burned by deathwing at random is not ideal for me.
guess will go with vandeil
i have weak spot for aht-urhgan and living there would be a blast

Definitely Middle Earth near the Shire in Lotro. Second choice would be Vana'diel from FFXI down in that Bibiki Bay Area with the tropical islands.

None of the ones I've played. All of them are marked by constant warfare, people shouting Chuck Norris jokes outdoors, dangerous wilderness outside course with infinitely regenerating creatures that have nothing better to do than wander a specific spot, waiting to attack anyone that wanders by.
