Fun game, put many hours down on this game and purchased a few things via cash shop just to check it out. Be warned, if you do live in america and pay with your debit/credit instead of paypal there are some nice sometimes hefty foreign transfer fees:) Other than that a solid hack n slash till torchlight2/d3.

@Godsafk Using an Ultimate Game Card should avoid any strange fees.

Wow you're right (playing it now) the graphics really are very good quality! Far better then I'd ever expect from a browser game. I'd be impressed if this was a regular standard game. Very Diablo-esq, so far very nice.

It's not a bad game, pretty good really given that its in a browser and free to play.

My biggest issues are there are only two classes and some of the quest text just doesn't help you understand what to do or where to go for the quest.

@bobfish I thought the same on both issues. Looks like 2 additional classes coming at some point.

Anyone else notice how those potion(spell?) icons in the second screenshot look exactly like the spell icons from Everquest? :)

I had a lot of fun playing this until I dinged 25, the crazy amount of grind it took to level and farm andermant to identify items was unforgiving. Playing in a group is more of an hindrance than helpful, you hardly gain any xp, loot or in-game currency. Also the game lacks in weapon and armor verity, by level 8 you have seen nearly all there is to see as far as armor and gear looks.

Very fun casually, but this game can easily cost 100's of dollars for the simplest things.

Decided to try this last night based on Beau's article. Surprisingly good and far better than I had expected. I made it to L8 and had fun the entire time and only died once, which was my first venture into the first dungeon. I'll have to see if I can get a buddy or two to jump in and run around with. While I don't think it's something I will play long-term, this is definitely a good fix while I wait for Torchlight 2 and Grim Dawn.

Drop rate was ridiculous even before one of the previous patches in which they decreased it even more.
Needles to say that prices on everything were unchanged.
So if i need to spend hours of grinding for adermant just to ID an item or upgrade my gear, than the game is no longer fun.
And believe me, the game is not THAT great to justify "ridiculousness" of its "economy" system.

@cotheer

Gotta agree, I'll wait until "Path of Exile" drops.

Looks pretty goddamn good in all honesty.
