the F2P game that noone talks about or even cares about since it released in US, that hasnt shaken shit, that doesnt have any more active players than your average F2P game, and definetly far less than the successful P2P games...

Well they don't actually 'fail' as they are often very successful in their own markets. Western markets prefer mmo's without the grind. So in reality they have so far only failed at westernising them.
Let's see what Tera team do as they have had ages to westernise theirs.

What I don't understand is why it's taken so long to get from the NA release to EU.

To say that western markets prefer mmos without grind doesn't make sense when the most successful games being EverQuest, World of Warcraft and Rift.

All of these MMOs rely upon grind. It's that many of these MMOs from East Asia force you to reuse their content much more than Western MMOs. You'll sometimes find yourself repeating missions and zones at least 3 times in a row to advance (if not more).

Where as by the time you start recycling content in Western MMO they usually occur near the end level progression, or may involve a revamp of the earlier areas. (WoWs Cataclysm Expansion, and RIFT's Hardmode Dungeons come to mind).

To late...only two classes. Firefall / Gw2 well even SpaceMarine now is better than this.
