"Rise of Isengard" is the hottest topic going in the Lord of the Rings Online community. The excitement surrounding the game's upcoming expansion is most likely enhanced by the associated secrecy: Players run a strong risk of losing their closed beta access by even mentioning that they have it.
For those of you who wanted in on the closed beta and weren't selected, we might just have a second chance for you. Turbine has given us 10 beta codes for the expansion, and we're sharing them with you! Enter any time in the next 24 hours by leaving a comment here to tell us why we should choose you. We'll select 10 of our favorite entries tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. EDT, and since the beta is open to players every Wednesday through Saturday, you can jump right in!
Have fun, be creative, and may the best entry win! (And don't worry: If you win, your secret's safe with us!)

I should be selected for my ability to cook good stews and provide snappy repartee in-game and on the forums. In addition to bug hunting, which I will not cook, I can provide a fresh, fragrant smell that lifts the spirits of those involved!

Top 10 Reasons I Should Be Chosen For The Lotro Beta Access
10. I won't go on strike if this plan fails.
9. I need something better to do than watch crummy summer programming. (Especially Friday and Saturday Nights)
8. I will not bug the Lotro Gold Debt Ceiling.
7. Rick Perry turned me down from being a volunteer on his campaign.
6. Barack Obama also turned me down from being a volunteer on his campaign - how much more rejection can I take?
5. I'm tired of being the unofficial spokesperson for The Honey Badger.
4. I have no guild to get banned from the beta.
3. Me and Frodo are down like four flat tires.
2. I can keep a secret - just ask (insert any criminal who got away with murder this summer or in the past, like oh, say in 1995) ;)
1. My Mom just cleaned the basement, I am good for at least 6 months!

As we move South toward the lands of Rohan and Gondor, we leave behind the hairy, smelly filth of the dwarves in Moria and Ered Luin. As a principle anti-Dwarf freedom fighter of Middle-earth, I feel I have a unique ability to judge the content in these Dwarf-free lands being explored in this update.
For the Shire!
(Also, I've been playing the game for five years as a loyal lifetime subscriber, submitting hundreds of bugs, and building and maintaining [where allowed] the sense of an exceptional community that this game has become known for.)

I would go in and complain about class changes, putter around for a bit and look at the forums to see what Items would sell for the most after launch so I can profit. pick me.

As the premier hobbit rescuer in Eregion, I was told that they are "taking the hobbits to Isengard," so I will do my utmost to save them and squash and report any neeker breekers along the way.

@Mr Angry
Just to expand on my answer as it wasn't very complete.
I want to go all the places that you are not supposed to go, an avid wall walker who spends most of his time fooling the geometry and entering often hidden areas
There is a good link here to show what you can find if you really search hard
http://www.lotrolife.com/news_full/secret_place_with_hobbit_and_squirrels/198
Other than that, just want to check out the new content, craft a bit, and I guess see what useful feedback I can offer.

Amazing offer Massively. I think I would be a great candidate because I have been with LoTRO since beta. I have had a Lifetime VIP since 2008. I have also tested extensively several games, MMOs, FPS, and even Windows.
Not to mention a while back I accidentally got a code from one of your contests and was told that I actually did not win and got it by mistake, when asked if I wanted it or not I said no so the real winner still ended up getting it. I think it would be awesome if I could again get a code, but this time to something I would want and use :)

I'd love to be picked for a variety of reasons, and I even registered just now to post this.First off, I'm about as much a fan of Tolkien as one can be, and I'd love to get an early look at Dunland, the Gap of Rohan, and Angrenost. I've read all of Tolkien's works ranging from The Silmarillion to The Hobbit to all volumes of The History of Middle-earth. I also spent years learning to speak and write Sindarin, which I use to name all of my role-playing characters.
I'd also like to be picked in consideration to my extensive time in LotRO. I've been playing the game since its beta, and I have far too much time logged in than is probably healthy.
Lastly, I'd like to be picked so that I may have my chance to attempt to one-shot a Dunlending with my fist alone, just like Helm Hammerhand before me.

I should be chosen because...
I'm a hairdresser by trade and gosh have you seen Saruman's beard?! It definitely needs a good wash and blow dry.

I want to see the new changes and regions so badly, and to take a break in the fresh waters of the Isen. Let's hope orcs didn't corrupt the river.
Promise to keep my mouth shut
