It's also a secondary set for Masterminds, btw.

Time to make my kamen rider den-o homage .... wait he doesn't use that kind of power, his train does...

Maybe the doctor? ....Nope that's the TARDIS.

Booster Gold? No that's Skeets....

Maxwell L- ya know what? Forget it!

Choose technology as your origin. Problem solved.

Could always say your character has a time manipulating device they wear around their wrist? Or maybe it's built into their powered armor. I'm sure your imagination can come up with something reasonable that would make sense.

@Faith Good point. Den-O is a kamen rider, and they're always getting new power ups like Super Sentai/Power Rangers.

Booster could have easily "acquired" that sort of thing.

But that's not really the problem.

Please see my other comment.

My point is. Which heroes (or villains) have ever manipulated time on their own?

They all had devices that did it for them.

Their powers were something else outright.

Kamen Rider Den-O had many forms that used different weapons, so the only one useable would be a dominator for gun form. Even then you can't explain the time manip powers

The doctor and I think Maxwell Lord didn't have their own powers so they're ouright exempt.

Booster Gold is do-able however, but Skeets doesn't quite have that kind of control over time, just time travel.

So where are they pulling this power from?

@mattwo Now that you mention it, the only one I can think of is the guy from the BBC show Misfits.

By the way. If The Doctor is a time LORD and Maxwel is a time MASTER. How do they compare in terms of power over time and rank?

Could Maxwell himself have been a reference to The Doctor?

sounds like a HoT set!!

guess this is the first HoT set in the game? i think the other power sets that increase healing all increase +regen, like triage beacon, not heals over time
other than that the set looks like a combo between rad debuffs, kin buffs with slows

and I will cringe at every doctor who/timelord themed character thats going to swarm the servers

@Sente Actually I take that back, Pain Dom has rather a pulsating heal.

Any power which inspires me to make a new hero (which isn't as easy as it sounds - I need a story for the hero, one that fits with the power set and a costume - that can be a serious sticking point too) and that's fun to play is great. So far it's scoring 1 out of 2, but that's only because I can't play it yet - I'm confident that when I can actually play it it'll hit the whole 2 out of 2 :)
