Only one of those maps is arty friendly. Likely scenario: the winning team will be one of hundreds of teams of 7x IS-7s that will enter. *yawn*

I guess this is cool. I don't care about e-sports (always thought it was pretty silly), but for those who do I'm happy for them. BTW, the new German E tanks are awesome and will be a welcomed addition to the game.

I so very much wish someone else would make a tank combat game. A real MMO that is not a pay-to-win game.

There is nothing "pay to win" about WoT. Paying will only reduce the amount of grinding you have to go through to get to the top tiers. There are also constant events and competition which award premium gold as well as clan wars.

@Saker You mean like WW2 Onlie aka Battleground Europe thats still going strong 10 years on and still the ONLY true combined arms MMO with the largest map size of any MMO ever made...still ???

This game is not an MMO. Its no different from Call of Duty's mulitplayer, except youre a tank instead of a person.

Is it really any wonder that so few people take E-sports very seriously? Would you watch a World of Tanks match on TV? It would be worse than watching golf.

well... since "high level" WoT is all about who has the most IS-7 and Maus tanks I have to say I'd rather watch grass grow... Shooter E-Sports are just not doing it for me anymore since Quake is pretty much out of the picture... good thing SC2 and LoL are still interesting to watch ;)
