This is one of my favorite games... did not know it had so much lore, I like to play like the occasional drifter riding his bike in the wastelands collecting materials to build stuff that I need and then going to a town (for a vault) and basically unload all of my stuff.

It's a pity they changed the intro at the Dam. It used to cover most of these details if you went through all the dialogue. It was also more impressive. Sure it was a lot longer, but you could always skip it without repercussions. The only problem was that it wasn't as representative of the actual gameplay. Ah well.

At this point game is dead. No subscriptions, lagging, bugging and all thanks to sorry-butt Icarus and great G1 crapville.

Thanks for the history lesson on Fallen Earth - I must say I was not aware how magical this story really was, full of twists and turns and unexpected excitement and challenges.
