6 day headstart compared to 3 days with the normal pre-orders. Rumor but pretty much so was this a couple days ago. Pre-order starts midnight tonight PST.

I'll also be co-hosting the SDCC thread post on SWTOR.com with Gamewizx this weekend. Feel free to check it out. He's at the conv. and I'm going to updating it with all the official updates throughout the weekend.

No but it's the widespread rumor.

The last few days though most rumors have turned out to be true.

P.S.- did you see the pic from the actual Pre-Order box that's IN STORES?

So.. they are actually putting out a price as high as that, for a game that you still need to pay money EACH MONTH for? Sigh.. the world is going downwards..

The rich get richer, the poor get poorer. This is the new American dream.

@Mystal Really? I disagree with you on this. Especially since you have Obama as President, George Soras, Hamas, and Unions on your side. Silly sods.

Oh yeah, let's not screw with the absurd piles of money all those so-called "job creators" are rolling around in. What would they do if they had to actually pay taxes?

Bioware I'm willing to pay $6,000.
Just throw in some twinkies and hot pockets.

That's far too much money for a CE. Especially when our economy is about to tank...this is just dumb.

Food lasts a day. A home lasts for a few decades. But a mouse droid pet? that's forever.

Sigh. How has the gaming industry come to this? I was hoping that BW would not resort to WoW-like little features like a special vendor or items like the crystal that allows you to change the color of your lightsaber blade! I thought we were going to follow lore here with an emphasis on story BioWare. Instead, we'll likely get a wow clone with cheesy bells and whistles throughout. Hardcore SW fans should be pissed. The noobs will rejoice.

I think that price is high myself, however, perhaps maybe just people who want the CE but can't spend $150 will be pissed, and those that can, will rejoice.

80% of the game is going to be WoW-like. What did you expect?
