interesting, usually with MMO you want players to unite, work together, this does that, plus makes rivialeries between guilds and players. Like new concepts.

Runes of Magic has a similar feature that never quite took-off. Hopefully it's executed better here.

does this game still have a crappy excuse for an engine and he worst performance among games released this decade?

if so, all the guild war systems in the world wouldnt lure me to play it...

Yeah, this stuff intrigues me, but I haven't yet played the game. Any more people experience it? Is it really as bad as some say?

Lineage 2 already had the same guild warring thing going since 2004. Players of warring guilds are free to attack each other and use skills without the restrictions that would apply normally.

Atlantica Online had a similar system as well. An added bonus is the winner (read ganker) gets a piece of equipment dropped by the loser (read gankee).
