With DC resetting all their comics, doesn't this now totally mess up DCUO?

It totally messes up DC...Comics have painted themselves into a corner the last 5 years trying to find a new audience without losing their old audience. DC is more hindered than Marvel because they have had no success selling their IP in other formats.

@(Unverified) DCUO was already out of comic line with Tim Drake as Robin, Dick as Night Wing and Bruce as Batman.

Yeah, DCUO is sorta separate and keeps it's steady footing; there is no way to make any massive changes to the sprites and storylines.
Frankly, although I am not a fan, I think many are blowing this out of proportion. I don't see character that are not 2nd or 3rd tier being affected. I see basically what amounts to modern retellings of origin stories for novices before things pop back to the status quo. This is sorta like Marvel's "Heroes Reborn-Lite" and you can see that didn't have any long-lasting affects on characters. I feel continuity will continue after the first issue or soon after from what we already know.
In any event, even if I am wrong, such events seem to be ignored shortly and old continuity continues. Also, I can't see recent storylines completely thrown out, because some of those story writers may get upset (Morrisson).
