You're a year too late Nexon EU. Nobody even cares about the game in Europe anymore. I know I don't.

I would like to +1 this. I wanted to try it last year, but when I found out about the region lock, they lost me as a (potential future) customer. Not cool.

And now, with better games coming out, I no longer care. Sorry Nexon, you dun goofed.

@(Unverified) +1 If they think they can make fun of EU with previous release date, and then dead silence to this day, and then 1 year later come and say its all good then they're sorely mistaken.

Can't help but agree, they waited too long for this and I lost interest almost completely. I might just try it, but I'm pretty sure I won't stick to it.

I did try it, i thought it was ok...for a free to play game, the combat was certainly decent, though i felt there was a lack of skills to use as i started leveling up more, so im not sure if that changed later on, the dungeon also felt rather reptitive since they were randomly generated and used the same map chunks on difference maps, mobs variety was also rather stale.

I also could not group with anybody because i VPNed my way into the US servers, so it would not seem to let me connect to other players.

Whatever their reasons were for this delay, it was one of the worst commercial decisions that I have seen for a while. Nexon Europe needs to re-evaluate those responsible for this brilliant plan.

A plan to wait more than a year for all the hype to die, not to make any use of all the advertising done for the US release, not even talk about the EU release, keeping everyone in the dark with only a page http://vindictus.nexoneu.com/ that looks more like bad joke...

I can't see how the delay would tick people off like this.
It's not like we're behind on the experience, the experience simply hasn't started yet.
In fact, we might be spared some of the child diseases that usually riddle all newly released titles.

I don't see a need for localizes languages, really.
If those germans, frenchies, spaniards, russians or whatever won't learn to speak english like the rest of us, they'll simply have to live without certain experiences.

And no, english is not my first language.
But it's a damn convenient language to know in this day and age...

@(Unverified) dude, people got upset about the whole fiasco with a freaking one page website that didn't get updated in about a year and facebook page with the last wallpost dated August 2010 saying: "The weekend is here after a busy week at Gamescom! What are you all doing over the next couple of days?"

Seriously? I think they don't need us Europeans as customers. I can take my hard earned euros somewhere else.

@(Unverified) its not the delay, its having seen how the US version gets slowly empty because, as everyone knows, the game is ok-ish for a F2P, but that still means its a crap.

so when people say "I dont care anymore" its not that they are fed up with the delay, its that now they know better, and realize the game wasnt worth the time in the first place....

It does make me laugh all the people saying it's too late when it's clearly not atall, I mean i'm pretty pissed that they said it was coming late last year and then never arrived without any contact to the games supporters I'm aware that its a terrible sin, but to turn around and say "it's too late lolol" is simply just childish. The games graphics and gameplay are very up to date and even surpass a good majority of the popular F2P games, so it's clearly not going to be too late in any way atall.

Still waiting on them to introduce the bow using character Kai. I really didn't dig the other guys and I usually play ranged/bow characters.
