I was in the beta for this game and it turned out pretty fun.

How is it nowadays? Any players on massively?

@Jasdemi How's the combat? Is it more fun or action-y than Eve?

@SocksForYou

Its no mechwarrior game. think confusing interface and mechanics with starships in 2d like eve and thats about what the game is.

@SocksForYou

Combat is identical to EVE in every way except since it's 2D motion you get to use WASD for movement.

Otherwise it's *identical*.

Sweet, 15 day trial. I liked Eve a lot but just never had any friends play it but this game looks pretty good as it's just Eve Online on the ground. Installing game now, hope it's good.

A 3 hour trial would have more than covered it...for me anyways.

@Vorender You're quite right but a three hour trial is not enough for everyone. It should also be noted that when subscribing I believe you KEEP the remaining trial days but all access restrictions are lifted instantly.
15 days is more than enough and most people will choose if they like the game within 2 to 3 hours.

That's too bad it's like Eve... except for those people that like Eve of course.

I'm just glad to see Mech universe getting some love. I'll prob check it out just because I think Mech>>>>>>>>>>>starship.
