Where did this game come from all of a sudden? It pretty much flew in under the radar. Looks interesting though: 3 factions PvP.

I posted a thread on www.mmorpg.com asking about this game. Haven't heard about it previously, and their own site gives no details about races, abilities...

This is a repackage of Regnum Online, a fun indie game that has been around for years.

@Azimn Why did they repackage it? Regnum still has its website up and running as well.

@Azimn Ah thanks, I didn't notice by the screenshots posted. Played that on my MacBook Pro awhile back, the game wasn't that bad from what I remember.

@Lenn I am not really sure unless they are just wanting to hit a more international market? I know I have the game on my mac (Runs better on my PC) and like @Plastic said I am nervous about this choice too.

Why should NA players register for servers under GameSamba instead of the English Horus server that already exists under NGD? Isn't this going to seriously split the community? I imagine the cash shop prices will be higher under this NA publisher as well, so is there really any benefit? They mention that some things have changed for this new server, but say we will have to "find out" on our own (I imagine it's merely a few English improvements). I really feel sorry for all the Horus players being left in the dust who can't transfer their characters over. This is awful.

@Plastic NGD servers are not run within North America. They simply labeled a server as NA.

GameSamba actually has a server in NA. Not to mention they are now the NA Publisher for the game.

As far as the English Horus server. It's been all but dead for over a year now. Lucky to get enough people to log in on each side to have any type of pvp fighting.

This is a fresh start for the game in NA and from the looks of it the new NA Publisher seems to be doing some active advertising of the game and stuff. They also have a active presence ingame and stuff from the looks of it so far.

I live in Europe, so even if this is the US version....will I have a better time here?



I mean, even if the US play on the day when it is night here....will I still find more players?
