I've sometimes wondered if I were to actually live in a video game, perhaps part of a sentencing of eternal damnation, which environement would I pick for the most peaceful and enjoyable experience. I thin the Shire comes out number one. Its relatively safe, beautiful, lots of social activities.

Moonshade Highlands in Telara are always nice, even during the thunderstorms.

The most beautiful place to "vacation" in an MMO is one i mentioned in a reply to another person. Purgonorgo Island in FFXI. You could hold events there, it was secluded, it was beautiful, not a lot of people bothered going there so you could hold LS events, the water would sparkle at sunset and sunrise, you could fish, go clamming, you could fight monsters, it had a lot.

Here is a picture (not mine): http://sp5.fotolog.com/photo/21/55/96/epocaffxi/1267488488247_f.jpg

Just absolutely beautiful. I have pictures of myself there but not sure where they are at the moment. If i find them I will post them as further proof.

Whatever the starter zone for Tyrkers in Ryzom is called. Not the noob island, but when you get to the mainland.
