I was really excited about this game when I saw the details. Got into CB, downloaded, logged on...... 90% of the classes are female only... I think there were only 2 classes that you could play as a male character.

I absolutely detest gender locked classes, especially when there is not an even remotely even split of male/female.

Sadly have to pass on this :-/

@Rindon Not that big a deal considering all male characters in Asian MMOs seem to be severely gender confused.

I wasn't terribly impressed during CB and, frankly, no caster-type male characters really ruins the immersion factor for me. I want a character that I feel is mine, which doesn't come when I have boobs or am playing a class that I normally wouldn't- just because I want to be male.

I didn't even get past character creation. Saw you could only play a male as a tank and removed it from my HD.

Gender locking, imo, is just pure laziness on the devs part.

@Rindon I respect game developers, and I am sure that an MMO is one of the hardest genres to craft, but I think they should make it more of a priority to add classes that aren't restricted by gender. =[

Having gender locked races is tolerable.
Having gender locked classes is just downright annoying.

@Germaximus Why? If you're going to invest countless hours building a character up from scratch, then why would you roll a character you hate?

Believe it or not, some people actually choose to play MMO's for reasons beyond simply pwning n00bz

Its like playing the Batman video game and crying about not being able to play a female character.
Its just silly.
And if that example isnt good enough for you i really just dont care, the point is there.

Gender lock is the least of this game's worries, this game looks like it was suppose to come out 15 years ago. So much wrong, don't even bother.

our lucky you could manage to log in.... their site has like 4 different versions and NONE of them have crosssite account linking active. so i signed up for three different sites and I still had no actualy game log in...

If its that much hassle just to create a flippin account why play it?
